Not only do we offer free shipping on every shop order over $50 in the United States, we work fast because we know that’s how you want your products shipped to you. We make every effort to process your order within 48-72 hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
Starting at $9. Custom duties and fees are levied by the destination country. We do not charge custom duties or fees. It is charged by the country in which the package is being delivered. For heavier items, shipping will be calculated for you at checkout.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Model Off Duty Beauty will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 30 days. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.modeloffdutybeauty.com. If you purchased a Model Off Duty Beauty item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)’s are required on all returns (to request a return simply email us at info@modeloffdutybeauty.com).
TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at info@modeloffdutybeauty.com with the Order # and the reason for your return. Products must be in the condition you received them: unopened, unused, AND in the original box and/or packaging.
Once the return has been received and inspected, you will be refunded. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse.
FOR PRODUCTS MISSING FROM ORDER OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If an item is missing from your order or damaged in transit, you must email us at info@modeloffdutybeauty.com within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement item. For damaged items, please email us with a photo and description of the damage and we will send you a return shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped back to you.
